What a year he has and he is great since he is with Tampa Bay!

Yesterday he was without his top 4 receiver and he was still productive!

It will haunt the Browns forever!

 

I have no clue what is wrong with the Cleveland franchise. How many top 10 draft picks have they had the last few years? I guess draft position doesn't mean much to the Browns.

 

Mayfield is the front runner to win the NFL MVP so far this season.

 

He won the Browns only playoff win in forever, yet they couldn't wait to run him out of town .

 

And Baker is doing it without his WRs. I am expecting a huge WR trade for Tampa before the Trade Deadline. The NFC is looking wide open right now, and if Tampa can bring in a big name WR to fill in for Mike Evans and Chris Godwin look out.

The browns are indeed an epically dysfunctional franchise but this take is missing important context. For starters, steelers D sucked ass that game and we had to throw the ball all over the yard playing from behind. And oh yeah, 4 INTs by Ben. It was typical unprepared MT coached team and outcome. Also, to act like Baker played lights outs the whole season or for his time in CLE is cherry picking at best and more accurately, dishonest. Mayfield was an immature punk and a locker room cancer in Cleveland. Not to mention his injuries that seriousy impacted his play and consistency. He had a lot of distractions and seemed more interested in his insurance commercials (which I thought were funny). Baker has grown up. A LOT. And he has worked hard to turn around his career and has a great situation in TB. But to hang all of it on the franchise is a bit myopic in my opinion.

 

He, Dan Jones and Dak Prescott. Three QBs who were not in the top 10 QB for 2024, 2023, 2022, or 2021 but are NOW for 2025.

With the NFL adjusting strategy on nickel defense assigning a spy ( LBb or DB ) vs. running QB's they have been taking down a peg or two, or worse hurt.

 

I am on the TB bandwagon in the NFC. I wanted Baker to be a Steeler.

 

I have a futures ticket on Tampa Bay to win the Super Bowl

 

He still scares me.
