My understanding is its a very goldilocks situation. Sure they can change the sod but fresh sod can be as dangerous as old sod. They like that two to three weeks window for just right.

These things would seem eerily like something to influence sports betting in this country. That or PFF is helping drive the narrative that the Browns are the top defense in the league.

Or if the problem really is that it's been dry in the burgh, you'd think they could pay to water the ****ing grass.

That's fine but then Garrett needs to shut up about the losing.

Ike Taylor would be in the hall of fame if he could just catch a ball

The school part was all around pittsburgh but before that I built things nationwide

Also spent a few years in international business in a different industry (horticulture)

Of course, he played a great game! Did you not notice? He was a part of a tackle in the first half... and then another in the 4th quarter!

I understand that teams game plan around him and all that, but it is hard for me to get behind having an elite grade (I think 90 is considered elite in their scale) when you were completely washed out of the game. 2 assisted tackles and 0 QB hits doesn't scream "that guy played an elite game". Heck, even when TJ was considered "washed" the first two games of the season he had 9 tackles (5 solo), 2 TFL, and 2 QB hits. These type of things are what make people distrust PFF and their grading system.

Nothing like needing a squat and doing it on a Hussey.

Sod needs time to root, would be useless to lay sod right before a game. Maybe its something they could do during the bye week but its not something you can to week to week.

Brother owns a landscape construction company, he sods my yard multiple times a year because of the dogs. Sometimes they pick up one of the squares and carry them around. Nice.

Kind of odd you would take that any other way.... yes, it is in the sarcastic sense.
Especially since I mentioned what we might have if we had a legit #2.
No, I'm not a Roman Wilson sort of guy... you busted me.

I’m laughing from where I am but it’s not funny from your view

My dogs destroy the grass right out the back door so every fall I kill off the weeds and every spring I seed the bare spots and cover

    Rinse and repeate
