    1. This was an old school win..... run the ball..
    Stop the run

    2. Defense on the whole got after it

    3. Nick Herbig gets a special shout out

    4. Joey Porter jr returning was big

    5. Who were those guys up front, and what did they do with the real o-line

    6. Speaking of o-line, Broderick Jones has to get some love here...... Miles Garrett had exactly 2 assisted tackles..... no sacks, no pressures..... only time his name was called was gratuitous

    7. Rodgers to DK is becoming top notch

    8. Seeing all 3 TE's involved was nice

    9. Looked like nearly half of our penalties were pretty ticky tack

    10. Might have some decisions to make on punt returns when Calvin Austin comes back

    11. Grounds crew gets credit for the defense on Boswell's missed kick

Also, very big to hear Tomlin say Killebrew was the only significant injury. Want to see Watt wreaking havoc against that Bengals' offensive line Thursday night.

Definitely great game to see. Sure its the Browns but their strengths attacked our weaknesses and our squad was up to the challenge. Our OL neutralized their pass rush and our defense shut down their run.i think this team grew up a lot today. My only complaint is that we could've ran the ball better. Sooner we get this run game going, the better this squad is going to be. I like this team's trajectory.

+1 on #8. Eight catches by TE's. We should see more of that going forward.

Only negatives for us were injuries IMO.

Not much of a measuring stick for us as the Browns offense is horrible.

Bungles will try every trick in the book to steal a win on Thursday.

Some frustration at various points in the game, but finally a game without a near heart attack during most of the 4th quarter.

I think Ramsey and Queen also deserves a shoutout. They were all over the field making plays and Queen was hitting like a freight train.

Good win, but can we defeat the Bengals with Flacco on the road? Steelers play like sh!t on TNF road games.

Big props for numbers one and five. Offensive line was rugged today and the running game benefitted from it.

Roman Wilson also had a catch. Nobody knew he had a butterfly tattoo on his upper arm. But he was back to the dog house after that catch.

Ramsey had 2 sacks. Reminds me of the Willie Gay days when we were sending more DBs to rush the QB.

As to the last point, I was worried with how much time Boswell spent checking the turf before the FG attempt. It was just a bad spot on the field.

Nice. I was thinking Mike Hilton - have we used a DB in that role since he left? In the past we had guys like Myron Bell and that Woodson guy bringing heat from the outside.

If we can win at Cinci on a short week, like the way we won today, with a balanced attack on O and the d playing well, then i would call this a legit playoff team.

I couldn't think of Hilton's name but yes, him too. I went back to random rosters and was just looking at the wrong ones or would have mentioned Hilton too. Good call.

The defense was masterful. I've seen flashes over the last few weeks, but dammit it all came together today. Health was a big part of it, for sure. Had they caught a few of those picks, it's easily a 30+ to 3 win. Either way, incredible work

The Steelers ran for 100 yards against the league's top-rated rushing defense. That wasn't bad. My issue was with giving so many carries to backs other than Warren, who only got 11 carries and 13 total touches.

The difference is that Ramsey can actually cover, something Hilton never did well.
