It might seem counterintuitive, but needing to have the last word can often be a sign of underlying insecurity.

They might fear that admitting they’re wrong or allowing someone else to have the final say would diminish their value in the eyes of others.

I’ve found that sometimes, letting go of the need to prove a point is the strongest move you can make.

It doesn’t mean you’ve “lost”—it just means you’ve chosen peace over a verbal tug-of-war. And really, isn’t that a kind of win, too?

I for one am hoping to see Kenny Pickett play for the Raiders under head coach Pete Carroll.

 

Geno Smith has thrown 7 picks including 5 in the 2 games. One more bad outing and Pete will bring in Kenny.

 

But he didn't have enough emotional talent, it may come to him. I'm a guy that believes you will always get better until the body doesn't allow it after a certain age, but how much better before he's out of the league??

Many say Fields was never given a fair shot because MT was enamored with the thought Wilson leading the team. Does anyone believe that Pickett would have been given a fair shot? Can anyone blame him for bailing?
