Help me out; Kozora at the Depot reported that Will Howard's been working on 'special projects' for Aaron Rodgers.

What exactly would those 'projects' be?

 

I’m curious if Joel actually witnessed Will being great in camp or if this is just huff.

I do agree Mason was meh this preseason but wouldn’t Skyler Thompson be next up since he impressed in preseason?

I think Joel likes the underdog which is why he is high on Roman and Will Howard.

but I also have to remember Joel said Mason would get 20 Mill per in FA after he played well for us and Drew Allar was awesome because he never threw an INT.. in practice.

It's quite possible he plays in a RPO situation but I think your right he likely does not see the field most of the time.

Barred from participating on the field during practices, Howard has been tackling some unique methods for staying engaged and fostering his development into an NFL quarterback.

“I’ve had a lot of projects that they were having me do,” Howard said Tuesday from UPMC Rooney Sports Complex before Steelers players dispersed for their idle week. “Just little presentations, things I can put together for Aaron, whether it’s scouting different things out on (an upcoming opponents’) defense or looking at what (the Steelers offense has) been doing, self-scout stuff — anything I can help out with here and there.



“And then they set me up with my own little computer (upstairs at team headquarters), so I can do some work.”

Was Howard even there as a Steeler or was he just another tourist who went there on his own ticket

I know this game was special but injured players do not typically travel with the team
