    Only 6th most??
Surely not a 41 year so called has-been, on a team with the stupidest coaching in the league. Shouldn't he be the very most with all that??

An accurate and reasoned response. You beat me to it. Joe Burrows is a great QB but not when he is running for his life lol

Unfortunately, Cowher never sprayed down Kordell.

There are some very bad football teams right now. Cam Ward with 11 sacks in two games. At that rate he might set some kind of record.

And given the injury rate on QBs so far I expect a record number of QB backups to play. Heck, they might start calling fans to put in a few hours on a Sunday :lolol:

The only ironman QB right now is Allen. I don't think he has missed a game yet. (hope that doesn't jinx him)

When I heard about Rogers possibly coming to the Steelers, I was curious about how his relationship with Tomlin would go as he realizes that Tomlin is not a great coach. This will be interesting.

Rodgers might not be very bright, but he should have realized that before he got here. My opinion is he's just here for an easy paycheck. Smart move to come to Pittsburgh, where there's going to be little pressure from the coach.

    Agreed
And if You are talking Josh Allen, he got hurt in the last game, but came back. At 1st I thought it was bad, and his neck, but like I said He came back. Trubisky was only out there for a series , if I remember correctly.

    I don’t know about Porter

Cowher kissed Kordell on the cheek on a big play

This was a good interview. Rodgers has a sense of humor to go with his chill persona.

    Thinks the OL is fine:

Yes. It looked like the player needed a shower afterwards.

I remember that, but I would have sworn that somebody later kissed Cowher on the cheek, and I think it was Porter.

    Mike Tomlin and Arthur Smith.

Smith is renowned for OVER-thining every play. He thinks NEVER throw to the best option, they're expecting that. Use the least good option, they won't be expecting that.

Let us watch this one again, so we can at least laugh at our embarrassing and sad coaching incompetence (and it starts at the TOP and been that way for over a decade now).

Is Rooney alive? check his pulse, he sure doesn't care about winning games in January and February...AT ALL. He too is an embarrassment, not Snyder bad, but bordering on Jerry Jones incompetenace.

In the military, I was in some groups that were like that. An after action review following training could be absolutely brutal. Without regard to rank, if you screwed up, you were going to get called out. Someone would be asking you 'What were you thinking when you did xxx'. No namby pamby bs with trying to be nice, kind and gentle. It was straight to the point. The result was that you learned and you did not do it again. You learned to think. You learned to act correctly. You learned how to be better.

I see what Rodgers did in the same light. It might sound mean, but these are professionals making a lot of money. They come from a very highly skilled talent pool and they need to be damned near perfect at what they do. Rodgers holding their feet to the fire might light a fire in their belly to do better. I like that Rodgers is being the adult here. Tough love is something that the Steelers have been missing IMO.

He won't survive the season if the O line does not improve. Can't keep taking the hits like that.

You can't put the ball in your receivers hands to watch it get dropped and not experience some anger I am sure. DK averaged 6 drops per year in Seattle. He has almost that many in 2 games on the Steelers......arrrggggggg!

Washington did get a TD. It was like watching a freight train rolling into the yards. Loved it.
