There is no more debate of who is the better pass rusher between Watt and Garrett, so far this season Watt has 0 sacks and Garrett has 3.5 .

TJ Watt will get double digit sacks. That said, it is going to be anywhere between 10 to 12. As it stands?! Should this continue, a conversation needs to begin. What is that convo?!

Is T.J. Watt finished?! Time to find out.

Are the quarterbacks Garrett has faced been getting the ball out in 2.5 seconds or less?

Sorry I don't care about no excuses Watt wanted to be the highest paid non-QB, so you can stick those excuses where the sun doesn't shine ;).

No, I'm tired of the excuses. It has been six games since Watt got a sack, so you're trying to tell me in all of those games the QB got rid of the ball in 2.5 seconds.

Watt disrupted a couple of plays to end one drive, but otherwise, he was largely invisible against the Seahawks. I know it is early, but that massive contract is looking like a huge mistake.

Fields was scrambling around and avoiding sacks against the Steelers, in a big play against the Seahawks Darnold avoided the sack by Queen and completed the pass for a first down IIRC.

Rushing Watt is the only trick Tomlin has.

It’s not keeping Offensive Coordinators up at night.

Until another pass rusher emerges or they start dialing up more blitzes/looks, they know how to handle Watt.

Exactly. The scheme very rarely creates pressure. It is all on individuals beating the guy blocking them.

They have been blitzing the ILBs some this season Wilson had a sack, Queen whiffed on his chance to get a sack.

How is TJ suppose to get sacks when the defense is getting run on like invisible sheep?

There is blood in the water and the sharks are nipping at everything.

    TJ is not the problem.
    TJ had some nice plays.
The problem is the offenses know it too.

Our defensive coordinator is too dumb to know how to create mismatches or keep the offense guessing.

We’re just an incredibly stubborn coaching staff. Or more to the point, probably a stubborn HC.

Slow start for TJ, but I think things will pick up. 12 sacks if he stays healthy.
