Advanced analytics (which I buy into) say Rodgers had a decent game:

I like that CAIII paused a split second to make it look like he was blocking before releasing on his TD. And that Rodgers is still able to execute play action and roll outside and get it off accurately with his quick release

IMO the talent is definitely there...but it needs to be developed better for sure

After one week, Rodgers has totally shocked me. He did things he has almost never done before in his career. He turned his back to the defense from under center to run play action and he worked within the structure of an offensive scheme, rather than just going to the line of scrimmage and running "his plays" - which typically were sight adjustments with his WRs.

Based on his behavior in the past with the Packers and the Jets - I had zero faith he would be willing to do either of those things. I wonder how long it lasts, particularly when the offense struggles. But, we will get to find out.

I am far more interested in seeing Rodgers play QB than I was a month ago.

Rodgers is good at making effective quick reads. Isn't it true of any profession? Experience helps us make quick effective decisions.

You would think, but I seen guys like ....well the first 2 that come to mind are......Mike Vick, and Cam Newton all those games, and time in the league, and they would still miss the obvious blitzing CB.

It was like Roethlisberger in 2020 and 2021...Can't throw for more that 5 yards...But some will be blinded by the TD-INT ratio at the end of the year...Next year,it will be Kirk Cousins our QB!

Aaron Rodgers didn’t sign up for this garbage Oline, receivers that can’t get open and horrible playcalling. That sequence after Warren got us all the way down there was the worst playcalling I’ve seen in 50 years and that includes Matt Canada.
