If ownership of this organization cares or is even remotely serious about being a competitive football team in the future (it's not happening this year), they have got to reset the coaching staff...starting with MT. His guidance and "leadership" is not working anymore. Have never seen an NFL coach do less with more like I have with MT.

I agree with that, despite the injuries the things they put into this team in the off season to fix the problems look very much the same. Butler said last week we were not blown off the ball, well giving up 30 points two strait weeks...we have been blown off the ball.

I have some hope with the OL as they are a younger unit and can continue to gel. BUT this season, again, is one of the toughest in the NFL and going to be a less than optimal learning environment for immediate goals.
