Steelers deferred so they get the ball to start second half.

 

Got to agree with the announcer. No need to have Rodgers take that hit.

Why risk going for more with Aaron Rodgers?!

Rodgers definitely stepped into that sack, again, but that play should have never been called.

Very pedestrian stats by the offense. Seattle playing right into the Steelers hands with the passing attack.

 

Being outgained 188-75 at home against the Seahawks and somehow winning. We won’t keep this up.

First Half Notes:


- Broderick has had a nice bounce back game overall thus far. Last sack to end the half wasn't on him. Here's hoping he can continue.

- Troy is getting worked a bit. I expect that to change in the second half.

- Took a while but the Defense is settling in. Getting good plays thus far.

- Alex Highsmith cannot be counted on moving forward. I'd imagine that Jack Sawyer will be pressed into action sooner rather than later.

- Yahya Black has had the usual ups and downs as a Rookie. That said, he will get better as the season progresses.

- Running Game is getting it going bit by bit. Let's hope that continues in the second half.

- Aaron needs to stop running into sacks. He is gonna get himself hurt.

- Jalen Ramsey and Cris Boswell are the biggest heroes of the game thus far. Both have essentially been money.

Over a decade of watching and analyzing the game. Just some quick notes. All 22 will be much more appeasing for me.

 

Think Najee would’ve scored where Warren couldn’t. Warren best as the two in a one two punch. He’s great in that role. Playing off another back. What were they thinking?

 

Pickens not doing much. 4 targets, 1 reception. Wonder what is going through his noggin at this moment.

I agree with your take on AH. Nice player, better person but he's not irreplaceable. Jack Sawyer has a motor and actually surprises me with his range.

How many incomplete passes did Rodgers rack up in the first half? Some of that is not his fault... with shoddy O line and WRs that can't catch. His QB rating is gonna take a hit if that keeps up.

 

How he is going to script his next crash out of course. That said, I am not surprised the Giants are doing much better against the Cowboys. Unlike Jalen Carter, Dexter Lawrence is not so easily rage baited.


Never mind him. The New York Giants boast one of the best Front Sevens in all of football. I'd argue Top Five based on talent alone.


Russell Wilson just has to not screw it up.
