Well we both did our jobs Now come Playoff time I'll be pulling for anyone who can stop the Phils and I'm sure you'll be for whoever plays the Dodgers.

Last night was Stranger Things Night at PNC. Kind of fitting. Bucs have 21 games left. 9 at PNC, 12 on the road. Brewers the best team we have left and it's in the Burgh.

The road games are against bad teams. Reds only .500 team. Bucs could finish strong. And then we can go through it again next year

 

Ho hum. Bucs sweep the World Chumps. Next. Would love to repeat with the Brewfarts. They've been beatable recently.

(Were the Dodgers playing their backups already, cruising into the post-season? )

 

FYI - Brewers/Bucs game on Apple TV + tonight. Fortunately starts at 3:40pm out west so won't interfere with after dinner Friday monster drive-in type movie watching.

 

Despite their recent struggles, the Dodgers are 16 games over .500 and lead their division. They are the defending World Series champions.

Despite their recent stretch of decent play, the Pirates are a joke.

The only heads that should be rolling are in Pittsburgh.

Well, I it's football season again. Yesterdays attendance was a little over 12,000, and it will only go down from here now that school is back in session.

Here's hoping that they play the young players like Yorke and Devanney daily and put guys like Cruz and Bart on the bench permanently. Call up Cook and jettison Bae. Release Holderman. Let Davis catch every day to help out the staff.

Seems like they are committed to Triolo at SS so let him play every day and evaluate him at the end of the season.
