can someone plz tell me why Bell is better than Lacy? Please? I'm not trying to be funny either. I have seen Lacy play a few games this year, and liked what I saw. Haven't seen Bell at all, at least that I can remember, and I watch a decent amount of college fb. I'm trying not to be p o'd.

I wanted Keenan Allen there and Bell in the third, but I'm okay with Bell there. One thing's for sure, our running game is ABSOLUTELY LEGIT now don't you think?

The Steelers made the pick IMMEDIATELY so they were absolutely sold on him.

At this point I'm wondering who is going to get cut. One of Redman, Dwyer,Batch and LSH needs to go. Please don't carry a 6 player backfield again.
    Redman
    Dwyer
    Batch
    Howling
    Bell
    Johnson

If they took him in the 3rd I'd be cool with it but to pass on what they did when I really believe he would've been there later, I'm just a little sick right now. I'm sure not being thrilled by the 1st pick isn't helping either.

Our offensive line is still a question mark.

i've been saying for a couple weeks and had him in my "LAST" mock in the 2nd. i've been reading that he would be off the board in the 2nd and there it was.

whats not to like? his quickness is on par with any backs in the draft and he scores TD's. he's a bigger, better dwyer.

we needed sacks and turnovers and we needed TD scorers, we've got both in the first two rounds. it's not quite what i wanted and expected, but the FO has what they needed so far.

maybe we get a steal in the 3rd to make up for it. that is if we took him to high

Those highlights are impressive and I think they went bell over lacy because there was a small sample for lacy.

Anyone else remember a similiar build running back that had a TON of yards in college and LOVED the spin move?

Bell is considered the best receiver of the RB's in the draft which should work well in Haley's O.

I really think the foundation is in place on the OL. It's not a priority need for us in this draft IMHO.

Ugh. My vote was for Arthur Brown. But for what it's worth, Bucky Brooks on NFL.com pimped Bell as his top RB in the draft. (Sorry...no link...but remember reading weeks ago).

    Batch will not be back.
Redman, Dwyer, LSH, Bell & Johnson.
And the addition of 2 RBs today officially ends the "Steelers would sign Bradshaw" experiment
