You add McLaurin with Metcalf and along with Wilson, Austin, Scotty Miller etc. The Steelers would have an elite passing game.

That would be a WR equal to most in the league, with a cheap QB either a rook next year or even Howard you could have some confidence, but Smith has a love for his TE's, 12 and even 13 look, and that much cash in the WR room is hard to swallow (though they did apparently send a feeler out). Which brings me to my thought, this late in the year, still seeking a solid 2 (for the 3rd year in a row), I really wonder if they know what they want. Maybe it will show up, but it still feels like grasping.

I had doubts from the beginning that anything would happen and do not blame Omar for at least showing interest, but they had to know Terry was asking for near top money.

 

Omar just doesn't have the stones to make something like that work.
I don't like Terry being 30, but as I said in a Preseason thing, the Washington GM has a good crop of players and Terry might be expendable.
Muth He would be a better fit in Washington than he is here. Smith is good.

Stay away from all first round picks named Richardson. Huey, Trent and Anthony are three of the all time biggest first round draft busts.
