There are several ways to rank them. Skill, success, as a part of the team, hype, and more.....

I think that the best pure passer is Burrow.

The best dual threat is Jackson.

The best play extending scrambler is MaHomes.

The most over rated QB is Purdy. He is good, but having an exceptionally good offense has led people to overrate him imo.

Edited to change Purdue into Purdy......lol

I agree that we just don't know about Rodgers. But, you can't place him in a tier based on what might come while you are putting others in a tier based on what has passed. The status of AR over the last two years are what they are. Can't change that.

The offense averaged more points and more yards passing per game under Wilson.

Jayden Daniels has a chance to be Tier 1 but I'm not sure his team is good enough

I have Josh Allen and Washington’s qb at same level or higher than Stroud.

I need another year of J. Daniels in Washington. I do agree he looked pretty good last year, especially on a Washington team.

Why leave off the 6 fumbles?? Again everything on the offense improved as soon as Fields was sat.

Looks to me like Brooks just restated the same opinion as Newton. Like we didn't understand it the first time. It is getting pushback/is controversial, because it's idiotic.

Yeah, but how did McCarthy get ahead of him (or anyone else for that matter)? That one has me laughing.

His stats are maybe inflated because of the situation he is in SF but I don't think he is overrated. He is a very good QB with a argument for the top 10.We will know more on him during the 2025 season

I say this because he is tied for the 7th highest paid QB in 2025 (265 million 5 year contract). He has had 2 elite receivers (Aiyuk and Deebo), one of the best tight ends (Kittle), one of the best running backs (McCaffrey) and a great O line. He was signed to his massive contract early. This year, he won't have Deebo, Kittle will be 32, McCaffrey will be 29 and is dealing with bilateral Achilles tendinitis.

He was Mr. Irreverent in 2022's draft. Without a doubt, he has seized his opportunity and over performed what was expected from him. However, I do think that he has greatly benefitted from a really good SF roster in 2022, and 2023. 6/11 for the team record, 20 TD / 11 Int in 2024. That is a big fall off. In 2024 he also did not have McCaffery for much of the year due to injury and I think that they lost some O line starters due to injury. This year will be similar to last year minus Deebo.

The 2025 season will be the real test for him, but I still stand with my opinion that he is the most over rated QB. I think he is just a mid tier guy that fell into a great situation but is not deserving of the massive contract he got.

i actually am accounting for his past two seasons and saying its not a good representative of what we may get. Factor in the age and its a real crapshoot as to what we can expect in 2025.

Check Roethlisberger's last season. Then look at Rodgers. Nearly the same.

I expect we'll see pretty close to what he did last season.

ill take AR of last year on a better team: better O line, and defense…

should be an improvement over Russ.

I dont deal in hopes and wishes

Take a look at our o line personnel

They Should Be Better than last year’s line and whatever he played behind last year

Him and Stroud are the two closest to taking out Stafford in my opinion.

Wilson was hot garbage down the stretch. His numbers were probably comparable to Fields.

I have admitted plenty of times Wilson didn't play good down the stretch, it wasn't all on him though the OL couldn't run block Pickens missed three games. I also don't think Fields would've done much better against that tough competition.
