Cannot blame the refs for Preseason as much.

Not nearly as egregious as they are then.

Good job Beanie, way to look back and break up the pass.

"Some people called it a sling blade. I called it a Kaiser blade. Long handle with a blade at the end shaped like a bananer."

Special team penalties can be more prevalent in preseason because of who is playing

That will allow them to be more aggressive and blitz more.

Our Oline looks to be better in zone blocking than the pass protection.

    Yeah....

I think I am done with the Connor Heyward experience. Just not good enough.

Tough to watch preseason. It`s like fake NFL. Unless the starters are all playing, how do you judge any results? Maybe look for individual effort, technique at most.

Oh well. I guess it`s just some football instead of nothing, LOL.

    As he should.

Thing is, it is up to these reserve lineman to give him the space he needs to do so.

I liked that last series with Johnson running the ball. 4 yards, 4 yards, 3 yards and move the chains.

I dont care for Bishop just dont that's my thing with him. Pierre serves a purpose but we know by now he isn't going to be anymore than he is. When do you try something new you know. Remember the discussion about cutting/keeping Dirty Red and Chickillo, ppl really could care less about the benefits and want them gone. I never understood that, I get it now.

As you said, judge results. However, not just from an individual standpoint but also a depth one. Thr NFL is a war of attrition after all. Injuries do happen.

Gonna need those depth pieces to step up when needed.

Bishop is young, and can really improve. Hell I believe he is showing signs, and he isn't even a starter. Give him a bit before making the decision on him.

When I was a kid, my old Hungarian neighbor had one. He would hone that blade so you could split a hair with it. It worked well once you got the hang of it.

I thought we would see more of Roc Taylor.
Thompson is a decent 3rd qb.
