That reminds me of when Ditka did that back in '89. The Packers hadn't won against the Bears for five years until they pulled off a 14-13 comeback when Don "Majik Man" Majkowski threw a touchdown to Sterling Sharpe on 4th down with under a minute to play. Initially it was ruled the ball crossed the line of scrimmage, but was overturned on replay. There were far fewer angles (and no hi-def) back then, so to say there was 'indisputable evidence' to overturn the call lit the Bears up, and Ditka had them put an asterisk next to the game in the media guide for the next 10 years.

I remember watching that game on TV with my dad - the old man's a Packer die-hard - and thinking there was no way they were going to overturn the call, but then we all went nuts when they did.

one and done is no fun. Crashing and burning at the end of seasons SUCKS!

THAT is the bottom line
