    Matt Williamson said there is a very noticeable drop-off in arm talent when Howard is on the field (after watching Rodgers and Rudolph).

    That and his terrible combine were reasons that he fell to the 6th round. But even without a big arm if he can read defenses and throw with accuracy there is a place for him in the NFL.
