    Don’t be

    It’s temporary

And Spencer is a backup all across the line so the snaps are good for him

I thought for sure it would be Max Scharping he has over 30 starts at Guard in the NFL.

The current steelers o-line would be a strength if Mike Munchak was our o-line coach...Under Meyer, the o-line is a huge question mark right now

Actually Dulac is pretty accurate on information like this

When it comes to off season click bait speculation he is just like every one else

But the two scenarios should not be mixed

I would like to see what Max Sharping still has in the tank after not starting any games for Cin the last 2 years. Spent the first 3 years with Houston and started 33 games. (2nd round pick)

And I want to see what big Steven Jones can do. Could this be our next Ramon Foster? Jones tested about as bad as Ramon at the NFL combine but got the noticed when Pat Meyers was in Oregan checking out Jackson Powers Johnson. Steelers brought him in for a predraft visit last year and then sniped him off the Jaguars practice squad this year.

I seriously think as a GM you could be well qualified to put together the worst NFL team ever

Is this you throwing hate at G Max Sharping???

After his rookie season the Texans really thought they had something. Video shows a great young rookie O-Lineman: Not sure what changed.

No this is me making fun of you

You want a guy who hasn’t started in 4 years

You want a cancer at WR that could destroy a team

    You wanted DJ

You don’t want guys who are potentially good because if mystery injuries

This is not a video game

If I knew how to find old posts I could probably find a list of examples

    Duh duh duh

As I have commented in other threads, there can be NO down time for the OL. We have an ancient QB that can't move
that will need supreme protection to be effective. We all should be concentrating on how this group does from the get go.

If Scharping is starting, that's not a good sign at all.

No one wants him to start but he does have the starting experience that none of the other backups have.

especially on gameday. the two emergency PS o-linemen on gameday is a huge plus too. not sure if it will be the two undrafted guys or just who. if spencer anderson is one of the 5 starters at that point, calvin anderson would most likely be the 6th and scharping the 7th lineman on gameday? depends if cook makes noise this camp. then there is mccullom. who gets that spot? will be interesting to watch this unfold this year.

to much thinking and worrying about making calls and getting his man across the line stopped. that is worry about getting his feet right, moved into position where the LB'ers are, movement up front from the defense, and not worrying about the snap. that is the most important part of the play. that happened early last year too.

Black and yellow colored glasses.. a significant portion of fans and media have had it for years now with Jones. To me I see way more reasons for concern with him than hope. His build/frame/upside isn't all that great how folks like to make it seem. His pass protection is and has always been a liability and there's been no real reasons to think that's going to change. If he'd had no pre draft discussion and was drafted in the 4th or 5th most wouldn't give him much thought and he'd probably be viewed as someone to keep around as a major project.

Troy may be undersized to be ideal.

If Josh Conerly proves ready, they may want to target the commanders Andrew Wiley as a solid RT/G

i really don't care what round they were drafted in or if they were drafted, all i know is what i saw cook do in preseason the last two years and i know he wasn't going against the other teams starters but he kept his guy off our QB. that is the bottom line of that job. AV wasn't drafted. fieler wasn't drafted. foster wasn't drafted. all ended up giving years of good play. try fautanu over there. undersized my butt. if he can do the job i don't care if he's 5-2. quit worrying so much about draft status and put the best 5 guys in those 5 spots. if not get 5 more.
