The Steelers should've kept George Pickens for this season

When we play the Jets in game #1 I am going to be worried when Fields takes off and runs. But will be happy as heck when he drops back and passes because there's a good chance that we either come away with the ball or it hits the ground.

 

I will be surprised if we don't make him look bad.
For a HC, and a DC that most think doesn't change, or help to change his game plans. I've seen a few ex players be made to look foolish, latest was when we played against T. Edmunds.....they were doing everything they knew he couldn't do, against him every time we needed a play. LoL I believe he lost his starting job right after that game.
They know exactly what Fields can , and can't do.....it could be a very long game for him.

Fields had a great game vs us in 2021 in his rookie year.291 passing yards on only 29 pass attempts

 

He had 1td, 1int, and a fumble, and lost the game, and He was a rookie that people had very little NFL game tape on. Now He is someone that the Steelers know extremely well.

 

The bears score also 27 points....The only time the steelers won a game by gave up 22 points or more in the Matt Canada era

 

If I was you, I wouldn't put any money on Fields in this game against us. It could happen, but anything could happen, but the odds don't look favorable for him. They will go out if they're way to make it look like Iike they made the right choice, they done it to others that have played here before

Pickens is a great receiver who was in a very poor offense and he will be much better in Dallas in a much better offense...But his attitude is also awful since his rookie year....Both can ba true and I predict a big season with a good attitude by Pickens since this is his contract year but the question is how he will act if he has a 30 millions per year contract after that?

True but Pickens is also likely to have more one on one situation because of Lamb...He is in a very good situation for this year if it don't work,it will be his own fault
