I had/have a friend who was an assassin for the government

We’d be in a bar and invariably some drunk would try to start something

My friend would apologize and walk backwards to the door and leave

I would put his money in my left pocket and mine in my right and go find another bar

I never worried about him finding me that’s what he did for a living

And here is how stupid these coaching trees are. I know for a fact a of a few of them that didn't start under Cowher, but somehow he gets credit for it.
For Example D. Capers started in New Orleans....I don't remember Cowher coaching there.
Chan Gailey coached in Denver....hell he was Elways coach. I don't remember Cowher there either. I don't know about the rest, but I know for a fact they didn't get their start from Cowher.
If You count these ,then Bruce Arians is from Tomlins coaching tree....You know the guy that won two HC of the year, and a SB.

Cowher was quick to fire coordinators when they didn't produce, unlike Tomlin who holds onto them too long.

I miss Cowher. He added to the "fun" factor of game-watching by his enthusiasm, energy, and spitting on the sideline. Every time Bus ran over Ray Lewis, you knew there'd be spitting happening on the side line.

My take on Vrabel is that he got a strip sack score against the Patriots to beat them in the waning minutes of the game. Belicheat is smart. He went full throttle to get Vrabel and Vrabel's talent with Belicheats schemes produced a formidable defense for several years.

Doesn't fit the narrative. Now do Cowhers coaches that went on to win a SB as a HC......crickets...........
The thing I hate most about this, is like the Ben, Bradshaw thing. It's got me saying negative things about someone I really liked.
