    Exactly. Hard to put up big numbers on 35 targets but when he finally was thrust into a starting roll he produced.

    Jennings was a big part of the 2023 49ers running game. He would be a great fit for Smith's offense.

    Jennings is one of the best blocking WR's I've seen of recent.
    And he can catch.
    As pointed out, he's in a high powered offense and it's tough to get everybody the ball.
    Last season the injury bug decimated the 49ers though.
    They also did some house cleaning this offseason and I think they are counting on him to fill a big role with Deebo gone.
    Personally, I don't like this trade me thing. It is becoming the norm there.

    I don't know if Pittsburgh is a good fit, maybe.
    I think the QB situation is capable but fragile. Rogers can put the ball where it needs to be but durability is the major concern.
    Behind Rogers is Mason and he can sling it but last I saw him, it was really bad,
    Howard I prefer not to force into action.
    That said, I think Pittsburgh isn't the best destination for Jennings should things go bad in SF.

    I don't think the 49ers will trade Jennings because Aiyuk could start the season on PUP.
