    Season 3 Ep 4.
The Cross of St. Antoine. That's 48 episodes in, since most of the seasons had 22 episodes.
I watched it back in the day when it came out, but I was never at home, and missed 3/4 of the whole series.

So you haven't quite got to Methos yet. The series got better with the Watchers/ Hunters. You gotta love Joe Dawson. Amanda was always a good addition. But the series really got good once Methos came into play (to my memory anyway. Not that it was bad before)

The movie featuring both Connor and Duncan (Highlander Endgame) wasn't nearly as bad as critics made it out to be. I enjoyed it. The Source, OTOH, should be purged from all memory just like Highlander 2: The Quickening (a movie that doesn't actually exist to many fans. ;) The alternative take on that movie (HL2) is that it's a fever dream Connor had while in the Sanctuary... a place you'll know if you watch Endgame).

It's very different. I dug it. I wish it was an American show since I hate sub-titles. Really interesting concept. Out of South Korea. I'm pumped now that the desert rat has informed me second half is out.

Another great one from them IMO is 6ixtynin9. Also on Netflix. Such a cool show. The van ride after you die is worth the watch.

Like I Said earlier, I've seen a few episodes from each season, but because back then I was always gone, and you had to set up a vcr to record stuff, I missed 3/4 of it, so I know who Methos is, but not really. That's why I'm rewatching. Because from what I had seen, I loved it. Also Amanda was Miss Arkansas before she became Miss America, so I knew who she was automatically. LoL.
Yes Highlander 2 was a Huge mistake.
I know this shouldn't bother me , but it does while watching. I know His sword is Connors sword, and He even says in an earlier episode it was Connors sword, and then later the do an episode that it's not. Plot hole. I wonder why they did that???

He said Connor gave the sword to him. Not that it's Connor's sword that Connor got from Ramirez. They have different handles anyway. Similar, but different.

In the pilot episode, IIRC, Connor still has Ramirez's sword. And he does in Endgame too.

Elizabeth Gracen was a total smoke show. Whether her teeth were natural or purchased, I couldn't say. But the hillbilly stereotype didn't fit her. ;)

But in the 1st episodes that Connor was in, he doesn't have his sword from the movies, He has a regular katana. Also after saying he got it from Connor they then made a episode He got it elsewhere.....so:shrug:

I watched one of my favorite episodes when I got home this morning. Courage. Where a long lost Friend shows up, that was one of the greatest sword fighters, and has lost his edge, or courage. I thought it was a well thought out idea.

As I said before, I thought the addition of the concept of Watchers really expanded the world for the story well. But to think we got it mostly by accident. They had to scramble to explain the death of Darius when his actor died. How could he die if he never left holy ground? It made for good characters and stories going forward. It even allowed for the introduction of Methos down the line. Although, I suspect some of the stories around Methos were percolating earlier intended for Darius and recycled with Methos.

I liked how they once had an immortal be the actual Lord Byron, and Mary Shelley being inspired about Frankenstein after seeing Byron absorb a quickening and seemingly come back to life.

And of course the inspiration for the 4 horsemen.

I haven't watched it in over 20 years. Maybe it's time for another watch. Even if season 1 was largely hit or miss.
