How to watch Steelers in Switzerland

I will be in Switzerland for 3 of the September games. From what I can tell sports bars are not common there and NFL is of little interest to locals. I will have internet access.

Any suggestions

A buddy of mine was in Lucerne and wanted to impress this hot blonde he liked back in the States. He paid thousands of dollars to buy her a cuckoo clock made entirely of crystal. When he got home and gave it to her she said "Oh thanks" and never went out with him.

 

Being as it's Switzerland, they have no bars dedicated to any one team, they're neutral and root for everyone.
If Game Pass doesn't work, just set your DVR and watch them when they let you return. If the last few years are any indication, the offense highlights should only take about 3 minutes total to watch.

 

In theory I can watch it live through my DishNetwork receiver

in reality that requires my iPad to talk to the Swiss hotel or bar internet to talk to my slower than crap internet and then talk to my dvr which will then talk to my slower than crap internet which will talk to the Swiss internet which will talk to my iPad

I’m not getting to Zurich

I did find a “sports bar” in Lucern that has potential for 9/21

For 9/14 in Zermatt none of the bars I contacted were options and even my hotel came up with nothing

For 9/7 in Varenna Italy Im having a challenge even finding any kind of bar

A kind person by PM gave me good options for streaming

This place in zermatt accommodated an American. With that being said this is old, but still worth a phone call.

 

Just thought of another option. Wait until you get there and buy a month’s access to the NFL streaming service. It’s not available to us unless you use a vpn. However, since you’ll be in Europe you don’t need a VPN. Sitting in your hotel room watching alone wouldn’t be as much fun as watching with locals, but it will fill your need
