Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin Reportedly Has Full Control Over Roster Decisions

Just rewatched the BUF playoff (yea, I'm a glutton). Anyway, that Tomlin defense allowed a 10 play, 80 yd drive after the Steelers first possession. And it was the way they allowed plays to happen, with passes being barely contested. His defenses (and offenses as well) look so unprepared at the beginning of postseason games. That has to fall on the coach's shoulders.

 

Last season it was Mark Andrews who come up small...Yes Lamar had many struggle in his career in the playoffs but I will still not be surprise if they make or win the super bowl at some point

The defense didn't give up 48 points the first play of the game was a fumble recovery for a TD by the Browns. The defense doesn't get any rest when the offense keeps turning the ball over, and the turnovers give their opponents a short field.

 

There is nothing to develop with Pickett he's not a starting NFL QB.
