    I agree, and I don't like the play, but that shouldn't be a reason to change the rule. I personally hate that a player can give himself up worse than that play. Especially Qbs. I believe once You run the only option to give yourself up should be running out of bounds.

    Or find a way to execute it successfully yourself. Hurts perhaps has unique leg strength for a QB, but there’s no rule that says that the player under center need to be on the roster as a QB. “And the Steelers line up with Yahya Black under center….I wonder what’s coming?”
