I always say, it’s just time for a new cereal.

Almost 20 freaking years, come on, get a new voice in there.

They must not have been so great to start with and that makes us look bad for drafting them.

Tomlin has made "the standard" a running joke. For that alone he should be fired.

The more the former Redskin --Ryan Clark opens his mouth. The more I want Tomlin to stay here and never have a losing regular season.Maybe this year we will get to the play-offs and win--Then all the haters and nay-sayers can shut-up.He is our Coach until he is not.If he has a losing season and they want change--Then so be it --But I like Tomlin and hope he never loses.:herewego!:

Tomlin is resting on stuff he did 15 years ago. He hasn't done anything great since then (last 15 years). Its past time to make a change. Really should’ve made the change in 2017.

Marty Shottenheimer had some losing seasons and he had several different HC jobs, look at his coaching tree and it is pretty damn good. Yet he never did anything in the PO's, ot fired after going 14-2.

you can like MT all you want, results matter, I personally do not think he is a bad HC, plenty worse in the league, but there comes a time when change is needed, happened to Noll, Cowher, and it is past time for MT.

Clark is always running his mouth like he was a life long Steeler, he played for 3 different teams.

I don't care if they fire Tomlin, or resign him to another deal, I will root for whomever is the HC , like I have since I first started watching with Noll................
My thing is the media, and fans ,like now , just knew Ben Roethlisberger was done, and it couldn't get any worse, so just get rid of him, and move on....LoL.
Last two years with Ben = 55 td passes, and 20 ints

Last three years without Ben =
    45 td passes , and 29 ints.
Yeah the media, and those fans just knew it for a fact, and I believe Ryan Clark was leading the charge on how bad Ben was holding back the team.
The Grass is not always greener.

It can also be said that Marty was the most unlucky head coach in sports history. He wasn't helped by his kickers and bad luck on fumble recoveries or not in his playoff career.

The majority of his playoff losses were very close. He deserves some blame for his playoff losses because he was too conservative at time, like his prevent defense on the Elway's 98-yard drive in 1986, but not all the blame.

The Chargers were wrong to fire him after a 14-2 season in 2006, but their worst decision was to hire Norv Turner as head coach, who was like 25 games under .500 before becoming their head coach. The Chargers were a physical club under Marty and became soft under Turner.

    Green font needed

    They play on real grass

Actually the playing surface is grass all the rest outside of that is artificial turf for example where the players sit and stand

Marty got fired from the Chargers because he couldn't get along with his GM.
