Make that Keenan Allen in the first and I'd be okay with it.

    LOVE Simon!

Woods won't go in the first round and the Steelers have too many needs to draft receivers in the first two rounds.

This is my least favorite mock I've seen. I'm not a fan of Woods in round 2, let alone round 1.

Woods wouldn't be my choice as first round pick, but don't be surprised when this draft goes offense heavy in the early rounds.

I agree, offense is the unit that underperformed last season and we lost our #1 wr and rb and now possibly Sanders too.

Just because we need wide receivers doesn't mean I want to reach for one. There's a lot I like in this draft, and I don't have an issue getting 2 of them, I just don't want Woods. He seems soft to me.

my belief has always been that we needed immediate impact on the offensive side of the ball. Drafting someone in hopes that you can convert them to olb is too risky to justify using an early pick. Before the pats move I was hoping for cooper, bailey, and Wilcox in rounds 1,3,&4. Still haven't made my mind up on round two, but that tight end out of San Diego state would be a nice weapon(6-7", 255). It's just that pick 48 might be to early for him.

change of heart with the manny sanders offer sheet.

    1. matt elam ss. fla......... still think this is the pick. as for another backup? if all these safties are drafted, there will be guys cut loose, we could grab another in the preseason or after cheap to go with golden.

    2. aaron dobson wr. marsh...... not my favorite, i think he has some mike wallace in him, but is young yet. with our new wr coach, i think he can bring him along. the kid ran a 4.37. big target.

    3. le'veon bell rb. mich.st. if he's here, snag him.

    3. john simon ------ jamie collins olb collins can play inside too. i like both guys here,so whomever is there.

    4. landry jones qb ok i know some of you hate this pick, but in rd.4 he's a steal. great pass % through college and won alot of games. we've got time and is a need.

    5. will davis cb. ut.st. he's been in for a visit. he's not a big guy, but very quick with good speed. nice range speed and short area quickness are tops.

    6. josh boyce wr. tcu he's a good one. tough, strong, built, fast, quick, but short. deep speed and good hands, plus blocks. he's hurt so he's sunk some. the steelers like him. i hope he may slip to here.

    6. eric kush c/g/t cal(pa.) he plays center there. if you get a few minutes to go watch him on some film, just watch how quick this kid snaps the ball and is into his block. it's amazing really at 6-4 305.

    7. travis long ilb/olb/ls wash.st. the kid is injured and slid but played ilb/olb in a 3-4. very productive 4 year guy and one heck of a steal this late. he was also the longsnapper. this could open a spot on the roster and free up money. the kid can play and make plays behind the line and sacks from either lb spot.
