I like ball, but I would rather we focus on defense and o-line early on...... I believe there are some really good rb options in the later rds To be had.

I meant in regards to other backs, who would you prefer? I was leaning towards Le'Veon Bell. I don't think they should look at a RB before the 3rd round. Which is why I am hoping Bradshaw can work out, so they don't have to spend a pick at all this year, address it next draft and focus on other areas of need.

he's had alot of wear and tear on him, is the only thing i don't like about ball. he was the offense at wisconsin. lots of carries.

i do like bell, but have seen he could go by round 2 same with franklin, whom i like too. i like barner, michael, franklin, bell, stacey and several others too. i'd really like barner in the 4th as a compliment to what we have and a great ZBS running back.

i think you will have to jump on these guys and wr's early if you want a certain guy.

Really so if Eddie Lacy was there in the 2nd round you wouldn't want the Steelers to draft him. I wouldn't put much stock in Bradshaw he has chronic foot problems probably couldn't last the whole season without getting injured.

I don't think the Steelers are focusing on O-line this draft too many other needs, they used a lot of high draft picks on O-line the last couple of years. They may draft some O-line in the later rounds for depth though. If one of those highly rated O-line dropped to #17 they may draft one Cooper, Warmack.

I don't think Lacy is so overwhelming that I would spend a 2nd rounder on him, no. I like Bell better anyway who ran for nearly 1800 yards in a pro style offense last year, he's a big powerful guy and also probably the best pass protecting back in the draft. The point though is, there is no back in this draft that is omg gotta have him that I would spend a #2 on him.

I wouldn't sign Bradshaw to a big contract, that would be crazy and the Steeler can't and wouldn't anyway but he ran for 1015 yards on that same foot last season and didn't miss a game, he's as tough as they come. Worth the gamble.

@Mac, good point about Balls workload but it's also nice to know that he can handle it until the tires fall off.

The only criticism that I've heard about Ball is that he has a lot of tread on the tires.
