Anyone can vote no matter if you're in on the mock or not. One vote per person. Be sure of your vote before casting it, votes are final. The player with the most votes wins. Also as with previous years...no trades will be allowed involving the Steelers.

    Thats pretty much it, simple!

My vote would likely go to Sanders if that happens.

Made it past the Saints, and that's the last team that would realistically take him before us.

    <----- 4000th post. Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!

I did consider him for the Saints. They just redid Carr's contract and have Rattler though.

Steelers are on the clock in 6 picks. Pretty impressive to get through 15 picks in about 30 hours!

My vote would be for Harmon, then Grant.

Some possibilities for us at #21. Harmon, Hampton, Sanders, Egbuka, Burdon, Emmanworri and Barron.

I'll make the safe pick and make my official vote for Derrick Harmon - DT - Oregon.

Right now with Mason Rudolph as the Steelers starting QB, I would have to go QB and Shedeur Sanders.

Steelers sign Rodgers then I would be happy to wait a little later in the draft to take a QB.

Mason Rudolph last year. 5 starts, 9 Ints and 9 TDs. How can you roll that out as your starting QB without having someone on your roster to replace him midseason? That would be 34 Ints in a 17 game season.

Kirk Cousins and Baker Mayfield were tied for the most intercepted passes by a quarterback in 2024, with 16 interceptions.

I want to throw Alfred Collins' name out there as an alternative to Harmon.

I will either vote for Collins or Egbuka. I haven't decided yet.

Even if voting QB you don't have to go Sanders. Sanders shouldn't have made it that far and Dart is the 3rd rated QB. You can also go wildcard and vote for Milroe or even Howard. There's not another pick until 83.

For the purpose of our draft, Rudolph is our QB. Rosters are set at the time we begin our draft and Rodgers isnt on the team.

I am almost certain my vote will be cast for Sanders but going to see if maybe I can be swayed.

Sanders shouldn't have made it this far, but he did. We don't have Rogers according to the rules of the draft. While I would love to go DT here, there is only one real option, and that is Shedour Sanders. I cast my vote for Sanders.

    Some tough choices here:

D-line: Walter Nolen or Derrick Harmon

    CB: Shavon Revel, Ben Morrison

    QB: Shedeur Sanders

    O-line: Tyler Booker

I'm tempted to go with Sanders here, but there are options later at the position... most of the marquee Defenders will be gone when we pick again, so I have to cast my official vote for Walter Nolen.

Could someone tell if they think Sanders is better than Pickett, and if so, why? Because the stats their last year of college seem pretty comparable. Sanders can hold on to the ball or get too deep in the pocket, which causes sacks, which also reminds me of Pickett scrambling into sacks.

Wow! Not much love for Jahdae Barron who can play CB, Nickel and FS at a high level?

My vote goes to Barron (who will probably go Top 15 in the real draft)

I love Barron, but we've a golden opportunity to rebuild the DL. We have Benton, and Cam (who's 67 years old). That's pretty much it. Even as good as a DL draft this is, we can't wait till the end of the 3rd. It's been ignored too long. Enough "getting by" with cast offs, late rd picks, and low level free agents. Larry O is gone, not that he was that good anyway. Going into another season with guys like Leal, Loudermilk, Adams, Lowry, and Ekuale, is not something they can afford anymore. If we had a 2nd we could play this a little differently. Just keep remembering Henry dropping 300 yards on us in that pathetic playoff game. I would take at least two DL personally. A quality RB is also a need. Warren and Gainwell isn't going to cut it.

If this were the actual draft and the Steelers are sitting here with these same needs, wants, and desires, I think they go QB.
    But it's not....

I vote the Steelers select Jahdae Barron.

I've been on record saying I want the Steelers to draft Nick Emmanwori, and I still do. But that is with the assumption Barron is no longer an option. Jahdae Barron for me please.

The lack of a second bites here.

Sanders is the only QB not named Ward I'd want them taking in the first, and I really like Barron. But I think Harmon is a special player, and the ceiling of the other two is likely blunted by this coaching staff.

Derrick Harmon, DL, University of Oregon

Alright, Here is the tally so far...

    Sanders 2
    Harmon 3
    Egbuka
    Nolen 1
    Barron 2

I officially cast my vote for Sanders. I personally think he is the most polished QB in this draft. If Sanders is still on the board at #21, and Rodgers has not been signed, the Steelers will draft him.
