I just can't believe the Steelers have done virtually nothing in FA. They have a lot of cap space and cash, they had many, many targets in the DL and CB, and just watched them go to other teams. I just don't understand what the hell they are thinking. The only signing was a downgrade from Elandon Roberts, SMH.
