He was an abused dog I “acquired” about 10 years ago and he loves to run free. He’s like the free range chickens. I put a gps on him for a while to make sure he did not go back to where I “acquired” him and on some days he would be 5 miles away and still return. Now he’s too old to get off of my property but I have a lot of acreage.

Hypothetical, could we trade Minka to Chiefs and we sign Justin Reid in FA? Minka get's a chance to play in meaningful games and we get a standout safety that is versatile and a good tackler. We also acquire Arron Jones thru FA. We get a draft pick for Minka, where we could possibly add another DL /WR 3/4 th round for much needed DL depth. I want to see our FO be aggressive in these days leading up to FA period. Have my fingers crossed.

 

He only has 14 sacks over the last 3 seasons, and his body is falling apart. He's just not worth that big money anymore.

If he could stay healthy he could still be productive but his elite days are over.

 

no one is paying a 1st for DK. He isn’t a real 1. He was a 1 by default. I’d do a 3 only and sign Adams for one year and get Aaron Rodgers to mend for a year and pray to God you find a Purdy late in the draft.
