NO. He will end as a backup in the NFL. Doesn't have the arm strength to make all the throws needed in the NFL. Takes too many sacks. He's Russell Wilson ...not the rookie but at age 37....

 

You can't quit looking for a rookie QB. it will always be part of the process. This year looks extremely bleak, do the homework and if the guy you want to pick is there go for it, I would not move mountains to get him. In some ways Howard intrigues me, IDK if he will develop, but seems like a decent leader, low key guy.

 

Picking a QB is easy. WHERE to pick him is a lot harder. Example, if the Steelers took Pickett in the 3rd round he would have been treated a lot like Rudolph. Instead, the expectations changed as a Rd1 QB.

The good thing about Dart that he is only 21 years old, he isn't in his mid twenties like Shough and Gabriel. He has time to sit and learn for a couple of years.
