He will be a Saint this year to "get paid" and then who knows how he will be, that is the problem. I wish we could rely on him but when Arthur Smith's offense is supposedly based on the run game, i can't see him being too happy.

I bet we could get equally enamored with 4 coaches in 75 years with a couple more super bowls sprinkled in

You're right - "ochenta y cinco" never would have caught on for Chad J.

I don't know, i hope so. I think people can change although its not often. I think the steelers have bigger problems than Pickens honestly. Like a piss poor coaching staff and stale, mediocre for a while now HC who's been resting on his early career success for over a decade now, and a big question mark at Qb.

Hey, maybe Ochocinco told him to stop complaining and be THE LEADER in 2025. Like come in early, run every practice route, clap for others nailing their practice reps, get on anyone loafing and be team first.

If he comes in with renewed "Do as I say and as I do" focus, all will be forgotten and he'll be beloved. Hey, maybe Johnson said that being me-first NEVER turns out well. Don't get stuck on that path, make the choice now to reshape yourself and your image through ACTION, GOOD ACTION, not words.

I think this is the case. He's acted like a child when we lose games, but he's not a problem when we're winning and he's not getting the ball as much. I wish he didn't act out when things aren't going our way, but these are the types of things that happen with high end WR's a lot. Shoot, AJ Brown caused a huge problem at the end of the year for the Eagles and they ended up winning the SB... Sometimes you just gotta find a way to make it work with these uber talented/weak mentals type players. GP is far too talented to just push out the door bc he doesn't have a perfect attitude. We do that, and it's going to be tough to field an NFL caliber team.

    George Pickens.
Now that's set in with me, George is an enigma.
He has amazing body control and can contort himself to make amazing catches. He can catch anything around him.
But then he has this personality thing.

I remember that camp, watching Pickett and Pickens and thinking to myself that if those two could forge a relationship like Jagger/Richards we would be in for a treat.
But Matt Canada killed those idea, not only did he kill them, he then set fire to them.
    Then comes Wilson/Fields.. and Smith.
But now the problem is, there's no one on the other side that really is relieving any sort of pressure.......
All that stuff is just gasoline on the fire that is Pickens personality.
If he had Burrows throwing to him, you might not hear a word from him - I am speculating.

I think if you could get a guy that exudes leadership and makes plays to challenge George, you'd have a better receiver.
There's something to be said about the coaching too..

I just want to see George catch a pass that isn't a back shoulder jump ball. Can he actually run a route?

Can he not take plays off when he may not get the ball, very easy for db's to pick up these tendencies.
