    AI Overview
"Choking" coffee typically refers to grinding coffee beans too fine on an espresso machine, creating a consistency so dense that the water struggles to pass through, essentially blocking the flow and preventing a proper espresso shot; this is often done intentionally to find the ideal grind size by starting with a very fine grind and then gradually adjusting coarser until the desired flow is achieved.

I'm generally not a conspiracy theorist but don't you find it just a bit curious that the year that several top QBs cap hits take big jumps the league ups the salary cap limit by a lot? Example, Prescott's cap hit leaps to $89M from $44M. Mahomes jumps to $66M.
And before you say, yea, but the cap rises for every team, consider that as a % of the cap the QB's hit is lessened. This potentially relieves the team of having to make serious cuts to other premium players.
The rising cap helps QB-poor teams like the Steelers if they spend wisely in FA (i.e do not overpay) to plug multiple holes. Overspend for mediocre talent and they are no further ahead of the top teams.

No, because it's not a lot - particularly when compared to post-Covid increases. Right now the 2025 increase will be 9.6% at $280M. Going back to 2021, the past four years: -7.9% (Covid), +14.1%, +8.0%, +13.6%.

Historically, it has averaged about +6.0% since its inception in 1994.

He didn't start against the Falcons. He wasn't healthy enough to play in that game, but he started Week 2 against the Broncos. He got hurt again late in that game and missed the rest of the season.

Excited to see who Khan brings on board. This is going to be a fun offseason, Steeler fans aren’t used to this kind of cap space and they havent even made any moves to free up more.

Here is an idea. Lets go spend it all on defense again like last three years and lead the league in it. Then come the last 4 games of the year, let a stiff wind shred the vaunted, overhyped defense that just quits. sounds like a plan.
Who needs a second wr? let count on a prima donna 1 who plays hard about 50% of the time and pray a nobody hack will pick up the slack as a #5 tries to be number one wr half the time.
