Not who I would have expected when I saw the title.

 

I'll say this, I'd much rather use medical marijuana than any prescribed pain killer. Not surprised to see so many former players in that business.

 

This is probably taking the conversation in the wrong direction, but I've dabbled with the flower and while enjoyable, I can't see how it would do much of anything for pain. IMO

And funk pain killers, hate em, but they are necessary in circumstances.

 

Interesting to see one of the investors is Bud Dupree

 

They might as well look up Leveon Bell and Lagarette Blount as potential investors!

Not the same as flower you can buy on the corner, but there are controlled studies showing the potential benefit of prescription cannabinoids for pain associated with certain conditions (cancer, nerve, joint).
