Justin Tucker trying to be like DeShaun Watson

Just heard a story the other day about police investigating happy endings and every one involved in the investigation went the distance and beyond.
All they needed was the verbal agreement to a rub n tug, yet they didn't stop there.

 

Well, I guess if it's just an agreement, than all you can get them on is "Conspiracy to commit rub and tug".

 

So, is the rub and tug a higher price up front or just a bigger tip for the massage therapist afterwards? Asking for a friend.

 

I was reading the Ravens message board to see their reaction to this. They are saying that Tucker is going through a bad divorce and even though his wife knew about these allegations 5 years ago she is giving the OK now to release these allegations that were previously being covered up.

 

Up to 16 women accusing now. Only 11 more to go to catch DeShaun.
