When did I say sky was the limit? I'm not sure he's ever going to be able to get to a top 5 QB... but if he can be a guy that plays good with good players around him that can be good enough.

Joe Flacco played 17 years, started 191 games and he won 105 of them. He was the primary starter for 10 years, won 10 playoff games, a SB, a SB MVP, and was never a Pro Bowl caliber QB. Flacco level is achievable and if we can build a good roster around someone like that, we can win games (and win them when they matter, too).
