He didn't diagnose who's at fault. Just said we're not close and expect coaching changes, just not wholesale changes.

I added in the draft room that Milroe's hands measured at 8.6 inches at the senior bowl. Makes Kenny look like Russ.

Can't imagine why he drops the ball constantly. Surprised he can palm it with one hand.:lolol:

Yep... that crash will be hard... very hard. It'll make the 5 game skid seem like child's play.

    Basically this @Lambert@Lambert

Disappointing nevertheless. I am far more disappointed with the fact that the team doesn't plan to add any more coaches. My biggest wishlist would have been a Run Defensive Specialist and a Run Game Coordinator. Regardless, I doubt these are on the table.

WR and IDL will be a massive focus this Offseason. That said, focus on the IDL heavily in the draft. Nab a WR in FA then attack it in the draft early. A number of routes the team can go here.

    Scenario 1:

Team nabs FA WR. Team then drafts another WR in Round 1. Use the 2nd and 4th picks on IDL UNLESS Round 3 has a IDL that is simply too talented to pass up.

    Scenario 2:

Team nabs FA WR. Team drafts IDL in Round One. Round 2 goes to WR unless there is a Player that isn't WR worth taking. Round 3 or 4 will be IDL again. Draft IDL again in Round 5 or 7 unless a player in Round 6 is worth trading up.

    Scenario 3:

Team nabs FA WR. Team enters the draft but trades up for WR using picks 1, 3 and highest 7 or 1, 4, and highest 7. Team still follows plan to nab IDL in Round 2 but may likely have to take a QB or CB in Round 4 or 5 (trade scenarios dependent). Refer to Scenario 1 for the rest of the draft.

    Scenario 4:

Team nabs FA WR. Team enters draft to trade up for IDL (use picks from previous scenario). Round 2 is a WR. Depending on trade scenario, nab the highest remaining CB or QB in Rounds 3 or 4. Round 5 will be for the other.

More scenarios of course but given what AR II has outlined, that would be, more or less, my guesses for what could come in the 2025 Offseason.

The solution seems pretty easy to me. If I recall correctly, Canada was dismissed shortly after this:

So for the professional wrestling segment of the fanbase:

FFS. Translation, King Mike will continue wearing all the hats.

No infusing analytics, no pass game coordinators, no run game coordinators, no advisors helping with clock management, timeouts, challengers.

So if one QB gets hurt, who's the capable backup?
    This team is goofy.

Almost makes me thing he's actually trying to lowkey tank. There's just nothing to indicate to me that he wants to win next season.

But, but, but, the players like him!!!!!!!! Of course they do. He's their buddy and no one is accountable. For anything. I wouldn't expect Weidl to hang around this nonsense either. Imagine being a GM or AGM and having to defer to a clown like Mike Tomlin.

King Mike shall continue to wear all the hats while the Franchise continues to toil in mediocrity. This will no doubt lead to a breaking point sooner rather than later. When it does, King Mike and AR II can look into the mirror together as to why that is.

The scenario 4 is definitely what we do not want, based on the line nab the highest remaining CB or QB. The % of getting any really good QB is around 50/50 in a good draft, last year that % is higher, as it has been in other drafts. There are starters in the league that went in rounds 2 and lower, like any position you scout, do your research and draft the guy you want. I have no issue taking a QB in round 2, even if the familiar line'we could have had ,,,,,;, is used when he fails. You use the draft to build your team, QB a position of need, so if you feel "that guy" is your guy, grab him, but do not just nab the highest guy who is left.

And be carrying all the Bags :lolol:

Gonna run it back and see if it sticks like Leglue...

Although he did mention Tomlin not as glowingly as he usually does, seemed a bit reserved as he just called him a good coach. Maybe deep down he is regretting somewhat of giving him 3 years.
