Were they all at the same event?

 

I was thinking the same thing! I can understand some voicing their frustration, but there still seemed to be some differences in takeaways from the press conference.

 

This was a pretty expected outcome. While I had personally hoped for some more significant changes (coordinator, oline coach, etc), it isn’t surprising this is where Rooney is landing.

I think the answer comes down to who is paying their paycheck? It may not be a direct check from the organization, but brown nose your way through and get the cash.

 

I am not surprised, history and I believe only one person being fired while still under contract (Canada), I mean why change now?

 

Did Art II comment on the offense and or the running game and receivers?

 

Some will accuse me of not being a fan, but hope they stink next year, especially at home. I want to hear boo birds and the media finally call this organization and head coach out. Hitting rock bottom is the only way things will change.

 

What player on this roster is secure enough in their situation, to be honest and call out their coach? Heck, don’t think TJ is immune from being shopped around

I have not watched it..... But that was my sentiment too. They have dramatically different takes on what was said.

That tells me that what was said was not clearly stated plans but rather vague statements that are open to interpretation.

 

Hell no on Milroe! He is terrible.

 

I can't believe more older Steeler players that are not involved with the Steelers are not
Speaking up about how sad an iconic franchise is being run. Dan Rooney and Chuck Noll
are rolling in their graves.

 

Again everyone, people will have different interpretations of it. Question now is will the media session be available to the public?!
