I agree, but is the Lions play to their culture, going for it a lot on 4th AND failing, it actually could play into Washington's hands. It was reported that 7 pr even 9 of DC's wins this year came down to the last play and their QB brought them thru. Not sustainable, but really a remarkable accomplishment for a rookie. The Lions should maul them, but get cute and keep them around and DC could squeak out a win.

Sucked!! I got 1 right. Rams was wishful thinking but I was certain Lions and Ravens would pull through.

I'm a lot surprised at the spread on both games. Eagles -6 and Chiefs -1.5.

If I can talk wife into hitting the Casino's Friday I'm betting on Eagles for sure. Again, no rookie QB ever took their team to the show. And it's in Philly. IMO a big bet would be comfortable. Eagles will win this game by 20.

I'd put big money on Chiefs too. While I think it will be close for most the game, Mahomes will hit Taylor for game winner

I do not understand what Vegas is thinking with these odds and I hope most put it on Eagles and Chiefs and Vegas takes a hit.

 

Ben had one hell of a rookie season in 2004. I was sure he was going to be first rookie to take team to the SB. At the half it was 24-3. The nerves will get to a rookie.

 

Only 2-2 in the division round. The Redskins and Eagles game is kind of like the JV game before the varsity matchup. Anyway I am picking the Eagles and Chiefs in the Superbowl.

It didn't help that this is one of the games the Patriots have been proven to have cheated in. It's one of the main games that was part of the Pats cheating controversy.

 

Made it to the Hard Rock Casino yesterday. I put a C note on Chiefs and Eagles. I actually would be very happy losing 200 bucks.

Spot on the Eagle game is as stupid as when Purdy came into Philly. Rookie QB's will not get it done. Bills ain't beating Chiefs twice in season.

Frigging Birds get easy NFCCG. First Niners with Purdy now Skins with Daniels. Although I believe the Skins with Daniels are about to unseat the Eagles in future years.

Been invited to a few parties but am faking an illness. I miss golf but it is a little fortunate for me that course is snow covered. I don't have to hear about their Birds every frigging hole.

 

That whole things still makes me mad. If they hadn't cheated, it's very possible Ben could have been the first rookie and youngest to win the SB.

 

It makes me mad too when I see Bruschi sitting on the ESPN panel every morning as some kind of saint. When in reality he was a rotten, cheating SOB.
