Just keeping the thread rolling. Inspired by @Thor@Thor showing a drum cover of a Dream Theater song. This is 3 DT members plus Tony Levin playing the Chapman Stick (bass-like instrument). John Petrucci, master of alternate picking going off starting at around the 5 minute mark.

That is a classic. Of course there's always this one - Garth Algar, Cassell's Music Store, 1991:

This is alright. While the lead is easy on the eyes, it's better without the video. Her voice imparts nuanced emotion at times which (along with some obvious rendering) that doesn't exactly pair with the unplugged style of the video.

Saw Marty Friedman (former Megadeth guitarist) live tonight in Columbus. He did all of his own original stuff except a couple of Japanese songs and the Tornado of Souls solo (Megadeth song), which I recorded.

I've seen him perform live 4 times. Incredible guitarist and creationist on the instrument. He accompanies Justin Hayward - Moody Blues lead singer and guitar who is still touring annually around the States and lets Mike do all the lead guitar work on his acoustic. Very funny and humble guy.
