    Perhaps.

That said, I still argue that 2026 is a much better year for drafting the one at QB. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Dart is brought in for a Pre Draft Visit.

I'm off the opinion our round 1 pick will be DL, or CB.

Round 2 has to be BPA, offense or defense.

    Same with Round 3.

I don't know our picks yet so just going on 1 pick per round. There are names in this draft I am already intrigued with. And the scouting has just begun.

There is no guarantee they will get their guy in 2026 it would most likely require them to trade up.

i would be looking heavy at some ohio state players. will howard looks like a nice place to start. judkins the RB is one i'd like to see here. there are a few DT's from texas, south carolina and kentucky and ohio state that could be a start for the DL. amos the CB from ole miss looks pretty good too. daylen everette from georgia is another corner that would be there for us possibly. these picks could easily fall in line for the steelers. donovan jackson could be there from the buckeyes as a very good guard plus he's played left tackle for them the latter half of the season and looked great in doing so. he would be a big plus pickup.

just some players that could be there as per where we are slotted. would fill a lot of needs.

I would go Barron with second pick and pick up rb, in UDFA or late.
    Will also need NT

Maybe? Then make him first and Wr second and Fa wr brought in Godwin would look nice in B/G
Barron reminds me of old style Steeler, he brings the wood when tackling no pussy in him.

he and the safety from texas are two of my favorites in this draft. they are quite good and can play in different positions and schemes.

If the RB class is that deep why do they have to take one as early as 3rd?

That’s probably the sweet spot, but I think there will be quality in the 4th round as well.

Nick Farbaugh was just on 93.7. Said that he doesn't believe they're interested in any of the QB's at the senior bowl and barely turned their heads to look. It was DL, the wr/cb matchups and not much else.

He said the only QB he's heard about at all from Steelers insiders is Howard. He can run, good size, and throws a really nice deep ball. Like another buckeye qb they like. And they talked about QB style continuity. Maybe a 3rd rd target he thinks.

He turned his nose up at Judkins at rb, and said don't look for another banger at rb, he believes they're looking for a homerun hitter. They keep emphasizing speed. He said far more likely it would be the other buckeye.

I don't see a lot of talk about him but think he could be a good later day 2 guy. Here's a good breakdown, warts and all.

Not bad. Don't know that Jackson lasts that long, not necessarily complaining if he does.

I'm not that familiar with Sanders yet, but early on I have him more a R2 talent than R1

You seem to like Judkins. I haven't noticed that before. ;)

judkins made the OSU offense run well. better than henderson. he did the same at mississippi. not just a bruiser either. he finds the hole and gets through it.

i really like jackson and agree, he probably won't last that long. one of the best guards in the draft but when they needed him he stepped out to the money spot of left tackle for most of the year and played at an extremely high rate. would love this kid.

as i said in another thread, they could scout just ohio state and texas this year and fill the whole draft.

I feel Will Howard may catapult up the rankings during the combine. Big, fast, leader, Heart, good arm, a poor man's Josh Allen.
