Which is BS in my mind.


AR II and Mike Tomlin both need to bring in an experienced OLB Coach to teach the EDGE Players exclusively. Stop having Coaches stretch their capabilities so thin they cannot even focus on the very positions they were hired to do.

 

They hired an OLB coach a few years ago Denzel Martin is his name IIRC.

 

True.


However, Dunbar is still pulling double duty with the EDGE Players. That shouldnt happen if Martin is tasked with training the OLBs. If Martin is doing far more than teaching the general rules of pass rushing, the next step would be to hire a Pass Rush Specialist.


The Pass Rush Specialist would be able to perform the role that Dunbar is doing now with both the EDGEs and the IDL; freeing up Dunbar to work soley with the IDLs while Martin can work solely with the OLBs.
