Gotta give ND respect. They got that 1 of 1 game to make it close there at the end, but it didn't quite work out. That Ohio State team was just a lot better than the ND team. Smith, Egbuka, Henderson, Judkins, Howard... too many weapons in the end.

Will Howard is now going to make an NFL GM very happy. I wouldn't mind taking a shot at him even in a backup role. Not saying he will be a starter but one never knows.

 

I think he is every bit as good of a prospect as Pickett was. I actually like him as a passer a bit more than Kenny coming out. He's got some swagger about him, is very accurate down field in the intermediate and deep zones, and can run a little bit. I'd be all for taking a shot on him at some point... just don't know what round that would have to be in.

 

As an Ohio State fan, I'm pretty excited today. At least one of my teams won a championship this year.
