The officiating has been horrid as usual. It should be much better than we see in these playoffs.

Come on Bills take the ball and score a TD to start the 3rd quarter.

I wouldn't say that entirely. Remember that, during Big Ben's time, programs like the "Manning Camp", Elite 11, The Duel and others didn't exist. Add in the heightened importance of having a QB and more and more High Schools and Colleges do all they can to not only acquire these young men but also develop them. Yes, not all of them will develop but their is a better chance that more will develop than those that don't; doubly so compared to the development of the position from the 1980s even to the mid 2000s.

Now, to your point, finding a Franchise QB?! That, in it of itself is extremely difficult. All of us just saw what the likes of Jayden Daniels did against the number one seed compared to what Caleb Williams did in Chicago. That alone highlights a massive aspect of a Franchise QB; their success will depend on the capability and stability of the organizations that draft them.

Washington had a plan when they drafted Jayden Daniels. Kliff Kingsbury may have been a bad HC but he was one helluva Offensive Coordinator. Washington didn't have the weapons many of these playoff teams do but Kliff's ability to both maximize his QBs abilities along with his personnel is what made him a Head Coach for Arizona all those years ago. Chicago did to but not nearly enough. Caleb's Offensive Line was largely a mess, his coaches were no better and his own deficiencies that plagued him at USC were magnified.

Long story short?! Finding the one is only a part of the equation. Developing him and the team around him is the two greatest factors for him to succeed. For reference?! See Josh Allen of the Bills; an Uber athletic beast of a QB who was aided by the likes of both Brian Daboll and now Joe Brady.

What's the point of the gunner going down completely out of control. So crazy you see that so many times.

Jim Harbaugh and Lamar will eff it up in the end. Lamar doesn’t elevate his play in big games.
