Not sure he’s washed but now likely on the downside going forward!

Well, I don't think he's even in the top 10 anymore. Minkah is a flat out scrub, hasn't done anything the last 2 years now.

But only if Tomlin is blown away with everything else. He can’t develop players, so unless he’s gone nothing positive will come of any other approach.

Rooney is Maddening! Fire AR2 also!!!

Did a 3 round mock where I shipped TJ to the Broncos for a 1st and 3rd and Minkah to the Jets for a 2nd. And since we're 4 months from the draft, it's totally going to fall like this:

    20 Benjamin Morrison CB
    21 Tyleik Williams DT
    38 Tre Harris WR
    52 Isiah Bonds WR
    83 Denzel Burke CB
    88 Jaylon Reed S

I wanted to trade TJ 4 seasons ago when his value was HIGHER and Ben was heading south. I started a thread on that and was crucified . lol

Imagine being on the field for an entire half of football and got zero sacks and zero tackles....

No way you're getting first and third for TJ or a second for Minkah. Their contracts alone make them nearly impossible to get value for. TJ is a 30M hit next year and Minkah 22M. You're almost better off cutting them and getting full cap relief rather than trading them for a third or a fourth and having to swallow half of those numbers or whatever it may take.

I agree to trade for the right price but for different reasons. I certainly don't believe Watt and Minkah 'suck'.

This team is not close now. So they should rebuild. At this junction, they should look to sign Fields. He's young Wilson is at the end of his career.

Build with young talent. It's time.

Yes... trading Watt for a 1st, 2nd, and 5th. Then trading Minkah for a 3rd and 4th. Now the Steelers are set up with two 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th round picks. Not only do you build for the future but you also free up a ton of cash. Win, f'n Win!

You forgot to ship Pickens out, might bring a fourth back?

I didn't feel like doing a 4 round mock with 4 teams lol... but yea, I think Pickens is good as gone.

While I’ll admit Watt and Fitzpatrick were wildly inconsistent all season…to me the real common denominator is Tomlin and we all know he’s not going anywhere. I’ve been defending Tomlin for quite some time now. That ended with this 5 game losing streak.

What would make it better is trading Tomlin for two firsts and Pickens for a 2nd.

You can if he realizes he is gonna be stripped of a ton of control if he remains.

Cut everybody who is not on a rookie salary for draft picks! Sign Daniel Jones to a Desean Watson type deal. Blow it up like the Browns! :rawk:
