I knew when I posted this thread that it probably wouldn't work. I know there are many of you out of town that are on this board. Just figured some local posters and who ever else want to show up would be fun. I suggested April because super bowl would be 2 months behind and we could do it before the draft. This was my bad thinking there is civility on this message board. I shall own this along with the bags I carry. Lol. Go Steelers!!!!!!

I would lobby for one during the season so I can possibly arrange for my annual one game trip to the Burgh (hopefully earlier in the year with decent weather) but I don’t know if I’m doing this again until slick talking Tomlin is gone. I’m not investing much more money until the front office wisens up and stops taking the fan bases good will and hard earned money for granted.

I like the idea. I've also noted that some posters I disagree with about the Steelers end up being very different when talking about other stuff here.

There used to be a Steelers message board Gil's. A couple of guys from the board (both from Iowa one on this board now) and I became friends. We decided to meet at Training Camp. We made plans to meet at a Holiday Inn so we booked the room. One of the guys girlfriend says your going to meet someone you don't know except from this Steeler board? "What if he is a Serial Killer?" A few years later we met and had a good laugh.

Hence why I am CK 13. The Cereal Killer. One of my pics before a Halloween party at an open mic.
