I do not care if they use the Rooney Rule of if all they want to hire is a black coach but this program needs a change! Unfortunately this was a successful season for Tomlin this is what you get. But if you want change bring another black or white coach in, it does not matter it is just time for change. It starts with head coach and rolls down. He has more than ample time and talent to win and year in and year out he does not get it done. Pittsburgh is not even close to a SB contender! Wildcard is considered awesome job for some reason!
