Chin lost those AFC Title games with CFL caliber QBs and played the best team in 2004 with a rookie QB.

If the chin had BiG Ben for 15 years he would have won three super bowls in my assessment. At least.

The Chin developed well, demanded discipline and never let players become jerk offs too long.

Also, the Steelers were losing stars like every year at an alarming rate. Chad Brown, Lake, Woodson, etc. It was a fire sale every off season for his teams.
