I rarely post but visit time to time. I’m an avid TN Vols fan (alum) and Steelers fan - my two favorite teams. I’ve been a Steelers fan since I was 1976, a five yr old kid in Roanoke, VA. I’ve lived in Nashville, TN since 2000 - Titans country- yes they are horrible.

Here is my take as a fan outside of Pittsburgh and away from the local media.

1. new head coach for a needed. Tomlinson gets a pass b/c if two things- one being his regular season record.


2. GM- Idk if this is an issue. Same with VP of ops. But must fire entire coaching staff and rebuild.

3. offense- hire an offensive mind coach. The offense is pathetic and has been pathetic since the three “B’s” left.

4. Blow up roster and start over. Clear cap room and stockpile picks in draft.

This team isn’t engaged and some aren’t giving 100%. Pickens wants out. It’s pretty obvious. Watt and Heyward try to be leaders but they are over the BS and lack of accountability on the field.

It starts with Tomlin and he must go! If he succeeds elsewhere, so be it! It’s time!

 

Can you imagine what guys like Lambert, Mean Joe think of this defense?

It's embarrassing to watch the Steelers get pushed around like this. I think Austin is a yes man that runs the defense the way Tomlin wants. Tomlin doesn't want a staff that questions him. That's why he usually has a collection of stiffs.
